Sproule Lake – Campsite #2

This is the second site as you enter Sproule Lake from Sunday Lake. At first I really liked this site, because it has a large rock face that offers a beautiful view onto Sproule Lake. But as I explored I realized that there was no seating for the small fire pit, and I couldn’t find even one remotely flat patch of ground to pitch a tent. It’s a semi-picturesque site, but not the most functional. However, I will say that there was a group of two men staying at this site when I was across the lake, and they somehow managed to pitch two separate tents. I can only imagine they were sleeping on roots, rocks, an incline, or any combination of those three.
