Ragged Lake – Campsite #8

This campsite has its pros, but overall it’s not a very appealing site compared to other options on the lake. It has a very small fire pit with poor seating beside it, and it faces east so doesn’t get much sun throughout the day. But on the plus side, it has a handful of good tent spot options, an accessible canoe landing, and it provides good shelter in poor weather conditions. And at least there is some room to spread out near the water and enjoy the shoreline views, stargaze in the evening, etc. It’s an ok site for a small group or solo traveller, but if you were travelling with more than two or three people, I would aim for a different site.
