McIntosh Lake – Campsite #11

This is the southernmost of the three island campsites on McIntosh Lake and it’s very similar to Campsite #10, the middle island site. It has a sloped rocky landing with a short incline to the main interior of the site. There’s a good fire pit with lots of seating and several large tent spots surrounding. It’s decently sheltered from the elements but offers limited exposure to the afternoon sun. I probably prefer this campsite over Campsite #10, but if you’re ok with one, you’ll be ok with either.
