Bonnechere Lake – Campsite #4

Campsite #4 is the northernmost campsite on Bonnechere Lake. It’s a very small, yet pretty campsite. A small fire pit with a single flat bench sits at the tip of the campsite, overlooking the relatively private north end of Bonnechere Lake. This is completely unideal in rainy or windy weather, but on a nice summer day it offers a beautiful view onto the lake while cooking or sitting by an evening fire. Just behind the fire pit are two sheltered tent spots inland. There’s enough room for a few tents, but the space around the fire pit is very limited, so the campsite overall isn’t suited for a large group. This is an ideal campsite for a solo traveller on a sunny day who wants some privacy and a nice view. This is not the campsite for a large group of people, or any group looking for a spacious and/or sheltered campsite.
