Bandit Lake – Campsite #1

There are two campsites on Bandit Lake and this is the western one. It’s on an island which doesn’t necessarily feel like an island. This site is a bit higher up off the water compared to the other campsite ont the lake. It also feels somewhat less open; basically the only open area is a small section on the rocks, with the fire pit. It’s a nice area, but not very big at all. From the orientation, you would likely get sun in the morning until lunchtime or so, and then basically nothing but shade after that. Other than that, there’s tons of space within the trees, so no issue on that front.
