Where Are The Products Made?

All of the products get fulfilled by Printful, a “Print on Demand” service. I don’t personally manage the sourcing of product materials, or the inventory, fulfillment, and shipping of any products.

Can You Tell Me More About The Photos Used?

All of the photos that you see in my shop were taken by myself, in Algonquin Park. I use a DSLR camera to ensure the highest resolution and best quality. Most of the images were taken with a Canon 90D (32.5 MP sensor, which translates to a very high-res 6,960 x 4,640 image); some photos were taken with a Canon 7D (these photos have an impressive 5,184 x 3,456 resolution). 

COLOUR DISCLAIMER: Will The Printed Colours Match My Screen?

Every effort is made to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear online. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. Even if you have calibrated your monitor to a specific colour profile, there are various factors that influence the final appearance of colours on a printed product. Because of this, we can’t guarantee colour accuracy 100%.


The colours that you see online will vary somewhat from the actual printed product. Here’s why:


Backlighting:
 When you view your images on electronic devices, they have illuminated displays. The colours, details and overall appearance will look very bright and vibrant. Printed products are not illuminated. Even though the artwork printed on them closely match the original image files, they will always appear darker.


Material:
 Different materials have a varying degrees of tonal changes, colour saturation and clarity. Each material has its own unique qualities and characteristics which will influence the appearance of the print.


RGB vs. CMYK:
 Images are viewed online with RGB and will need to be translated to CMYK for print. The printed images and colours will be similar, but it will not match your screen exactly as slight variances occur when translating from one colour space to another.

Shipping

Where Do The Items Ship From?

The items are shipped from a warehouse facility located in Toronto, Ontario. This means that there shouldn’t be any custom or duty fees when you place your order, if you are shipping within Canada. If you do have additional custom or duty fees, please send me an email at info@algonquinbeyond.com so I can try to rectify the issue.

Which Countries Can I Ship To?

Shipping is currently offered throughout Canada. If you are outside of Canada and you’re interested in making a purchase, please email me at info@algonquinbeyond.com

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping costs vary based on product, size, weight, quantity, and your preferred shipping method. Please add the product(s) to your cart; once you input your Billing and Shipping information during Checkout you will see the available shipping methods and rates.

Certain items, like the large 24 x 36 Framed Photo Print will have a much higher shipping cost than other items.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Shipping times vary based on the product and quantity ordered. Typical shipping times are 4-7 business days for orders within Canada, but an estimated shipping time based on the item(s) in your cart will be provided during Checkout.

I Need The Item ASAP, Can I Expedite Shipping?

Express Shipping is available (1-3 business days), however due to a technical limitation with the Printful integration, it cannot be displayed in ‘real time’. If you’d like to upgrade to Express Shipping, please send me an email at info@algonquinbeyond.com

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Free Shipping is currently offered for orders totalling $200+. Once you have $200+ worth of items in your Cart, you will see a “Free Shipping” option available on the Checkout page. Free Shipping is only available for standard Flat Rate shipping and cannot be used for Express Shipping

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, an automatic email will be triggered to notify you. This email will include the name of the shipping company along with a tracking number. 

Returns & Refunds

Can I Return My Order?

Returns are only accepted in certain situations. Since all products are fulfilled by Printful, please refer to their Return Policy for more information. If you have any questions and would like to speak to me directly, you can email me at info@algonquinbeyond.com

The Item Arrived Damaged, What Should I Do?

Misprinted, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a refund within 4 weeks from when the product was received. Since all products are fulfilled by Printful, please refer to their Return Policy for more information. If you have any questions and would like to speak to me directly, you can email me at info@algonquinbeyond.com

I'm Not Happy With The Item, Can I Get A Refund?

Because every item is custom made-to-print, returns and refunds are only accepted for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective.

Miscellaneous

Can I Cancel My Order?

Your order can be cancelled after it has been submitted, but before its status is changed to “Fulfilled”. This status change can be as soon as a few hours after placing the order. Please contact me directly if you’d like to cancel your order, info@algonquinbeyond.com

Please note that there may be a fee for cancelling your order due to credit card processing fees, etc.

Can I Modify My Order?

Your order can be modified after it has been submitted, but before its status is changed to “Fulfilled”. This status change can be as soon as a few hours after placing the order. Additional fees may be required depending on the specific order modification.

Please note that modifying your order may lead to longer fulfillment and shipping times.

Can I Pick Up My Order?

Pickup is not available at this time.
