Scorch Lake – Campsite #2

This campsite is on the north shore of Scorch Lake, about midway down the lake. It has a large beach in front of the campsite, making it an inviting place to relax and bask in the sun. Inside the campsite there’s a fire pit with enough seating for a medium sized group, with a large flat area for tents directly behind the fire pit (it looks wavy in the pictures, but it’s actually flat ground). The interior is where you would eat and sleep, but the main attraction here is the large beach that faces west for afternoon sun and a beautiful view of the sunset.
