Ragged Lake – Campsite #20

This is one of those campsites that just gave me a good feeling when I visited it. It has a really accessible, large canoe landing, with a small gradual incline to the main campsite. There’s enough seating around the fire pit to accommodate a medium sized group, and there are a handful of tent spots to choose from; both nearby the fire pit, and other sheltered options more inland. The site is pretty exposed, but at the same time something about it just feels very welcoming. The large rock at the front of the site is a nice campsite perk as well. There will be lots of people paddling very close to the site as they travel to and from Parkside Bay, and being on the west shore it will lose sun early in the afternoon… but if neither of those things bother you, this is a great site.
