Radiant Lake – Campsite #1

This Campsite Report is a Guest Submission. The description and images are not my own so I cannot personally verify its accuracy. If you notice any errors, please let me know. If you want to submit your own Campsite Report, visit the submission page.

Coming from the direction of Cedar Lake, this campsite is the first one you’ll encounter in the narrows before reaching the main body of Radiant Lake. Although it may not be as large and spacious as some of the other campsites around the lake, it still offers a delightful and cozy environment. It can accommodate two tents, and it features a decent fire pit and rocks for sitting. The site benefits from an incline behind it, which provides protection, keeping it sheltered from the wind. However, accessing the site can be a bit challenging as it is situated in the northwest landing. One notable highlight of this campsite is the stunning ledge available for swimming. Overall, it is a decent campsite, but if the eastern campsites on the lake are available, that would be my preferred choice without hesitation
