This is a rather small and enclosed campsite on McIntosh Lake. It has a subpar fire pit which lacks enough seating to accommodate a big group. There are two good tent spots though, which are sheltered among the trees. Its exposed to westerly winds but protected from the other directions. Its one redeeming factor is that it has a nice view looking out onto the lake, facing west for the sunset. This could be an ok choice of sites for a soloist or small group in inclement weather, but otherwise you can probably find a nicer site available on the lake.
